These Terms of Service govern your use of Harps Club and any order you place with us. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.
We offer branded and blank apparel and merchandise, decorated to order. Minimum order quantities (typically 24 units / $250) and prices may apply and can change without notice. Catalog imagery and colors are approximate.
For customized orders you provide the logo, text or artwork to be applied. You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to use that artwork, and you agree to indemnify Harps Club against any claim arising from it. We may decline or cancel any order whose content infringes third-party rights, is unlawful, or violates a brand's or decorator's decoration policy.
Production times are estimates and begin after artwork approval and payment. Minor variations in color, placement and decoration inherent to custom production are not considered defects.
Payment is due at checkout. You are responsible for applicable taxes. Orders are produced through and fulfilled via Harpsclub.com.
When you publish a design to ParishMart, your buyers choose the cause or parish at checkout and the give-back is handled there. Harps Club produces and ships; ParishMart manages the storefront, checkout and cause selection.
Site content (excluding customer-supplied artwork and third-party brand marks) is owned by Harps Club. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used to identify products available for decoration.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harps Club is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
