Harps Club ("we", "us") produces custom-decorated and blank apparel and merchandise. Because most of what we make is personalized to order, this policy explains when items can be returned or refunded.
Products customized with your logo, text or artwork are made to order and are final sale. They cannot be returned or refunded once production has started, except for a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (wrong item, wrong decoration, or a print defect).
Unworn, unwashed blank products in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error; a restocking fee may apply to large or special orders.
Cases, overstock and equipment sold through our Overstock Outlet collection are sold as-is and are final sale, unless they arrive damaged in transit.
If your order arrives defective, incorrect or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will reprint, replace or refund the affected items at no cost to you.
Email info@harpsclub.com with your order number and (for defects) photos. Approved returns receive instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid label.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
