1. How long does it take for my items to ship back?

90% of our products (without customization) are in stock. All products that are in stock take from 48 to 72 hours to be shipped out. If the product you order is not in stock, we will notify you within 24 hours of your purchase.

We offer a 24 hour delivery service for any city in the United States, but this service will be quoted separately. There are some restrictions in this service for certain products , for more information contact us by info@harpsclub.com


2. Why is there 2 types of prices?

We offer 2 types of prices:

  • Price 1: Customer Price
  • Price 2: Distributor Price (wholesale)

 

3. How can I access the prices and live inventory?

In order to have access to the live inventory and prices, you must create an account by going HERE

Fill in the information requested and we will approve your account and then you will have access to our prices and inventory.

 

4. Do you offer a discount for buying in bulk?

5. Can I buy from your site if I am not a distributor?

Yes you can. Anyone can buy any of the apparel and accessories we offer. In order to place an order you must CREATE an account. Then you will have access to prices and live inventory.

 

6. Are prices CIF or FOB?

All of our product prices in our site are in US$ dollars FOB Miami.

 

 

7. Shipping

We can ship your order by using the shipping carier of your choice within the city of Doral without an additional charge for orders over $500.00. The customer will be responsible for the shipping from the wearhouse and the freight.

8. How many pieces come in each Case Size? 

Case Size for T-Shirts: 72 units.

Case Size for Polos: 36 units.

Case Size for Hats: 144 units.

Case Size for Shirts : 36 units.

 

9. Is there a minimum quantity or total amount of order required?

The minimum amount to place an order from our site is $50.00 except for samples that will be sent at regular unit prices plus shipping charges.

15. How long will it take to delivery orders over 10,000 units?

(*) Quantities over 10,000 units will vary. Please get in touch with us so we can determine this for you.

 

16. Delivery of Samples

2 to 7 days from the city of Miami. The shipping to any city in Latin America and the Caribbean will depend on the shipping carrier selected by the customer.

 

17. I do not know what size/sizes and color/colors to purchase

If you do not know the size/s and color/s you need to order, you cannot place an order. We suggest you get in touch with us info@harpsclub.com so we can assist you with any doubts you may have. Once you know what sizes and colors you need to order, you may place your order.
